Sending a CSV to someone means hoping they open it in the right program with the right settings. A PDF table shows exactly what you meant, and prints without a spreadsheet mangling the columns.
Worth knowing: Quoted values are handled properly, including commas and line breaks inside a cell. Very long values are shortened with an ellipsis so the table stays readable.

This tool uses the fonts that are built into every PDF reader, which keeps the file small and means it opens correctly everywhere. Those fonts cover Latin based languages, including accented characters such as é, ü, and ñ.
They do not cover Urdu, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, Japanese, or similar scripts, which need a matching font to be stored inside the PDF. If your file is written in one of those, the tool says so clearly rather than handing you a document full of question marks.

The tool works out the separator by itself, and you can also choose it by hand: comma, semicolon, tab, or pipe. Files exported from European versions of Excel usually use semicolons.
Yes, as long as you leave the header option on. Without it, tables that run over several pages become very hard to follow.
Column widths are worked out from the content and then scaled to fit the page. Values that still do not fit are shortened with an ellipsis. For tables with many columns, landscape orientation usually works better.
Yes. A value such as "Smith, John" stays as one cell, and doubled quotes inside a value are handled correctly too.
